In charge of design/operation of a global low-latency trading environment for retail and institutional customers.
Took over team and budgetary management of the global network and security (3 datacenters, 22 offices).
Brought on to aid in the refresh of a Solaris/SPARC trading environment. Built tooling and infrastructure for the modernization effort.
Summer internship turned part-time job while at school.
Assembled specialized hardware to be used in modified aircrafts for image collection, scripted back-end server administration.
Implemented OS updating services for 200+ machines at seven locations. Redesigned web-presence, and created an Ecommerce system for 30k products.
Led student team in the complete restructuring of Villanova University's network. Summer of Cisco/3Com/ExtremeNetworks fun.
Infrastructure Consultant/Engineer for the machine learning retargeting and optimization display advertising platform. Basically a low-latency RTB play, primarily on Google's DoubleClick Ad Exchange. Comapny exited ~$10.7m to Dealertrack which was aquired by Dealer.com
Graduated with concentrations in Networking and Systems Administration, and a minor in Criminal Justice. Member of Computer Science House.
